Jämförelseguiden (Qualifications Assessment Tool) is a service that lets you compare foreign education with its equivalent in Sweden. I was responsible for designing the administration interface, the “behind the scenes” that was made to convert a manual process into an automated online service. I also conducted user tests of the web part of the service.
The work involved close cooperation with the administrators responsible for the assessment of foreign programs. It was a project with many technical as well as organizational constraints. Involvement and a sense of ownership by the administrators were crucial for success.
